The dongle, supplied with the GPS system, enables the types of analysis requested by the user.

The dongle is an ordinary USB key, it is blue and must be inserted into a USB port on the computer.

At start-up, the GPS program will check whether a dongle is connected to the computer and will enable the associated features.

If a dongle is not found, the GPS program will display the message “Dongle not found” and the program will terminate.

The dongle is identified by a serial number that can be viewed in the general information window.
