Introduction

The Export to Excel will export the patients' and examinations data based on the selections described below.

Patients and examinations to export

The 'Select' button can be used to open a window that allows selecting patients and examinations to export.

Examination conditions to export

Allow selecting which examination conditions to export.

Export options

These options are currently disabled. They will be available in the future to make a selection of the types of data to export.

Export Type

The export type can be of two kinds:

Using Excel application

This export type is recommended and requires that Microsoft Excel be installed.

If Microsoft Excel is installed, this option will be selected automatically.

This export type creates an Excel spreadsheet using Microsoft Excel and using some formatting available with the program.

Text files

This export type allows creating a file in CSV format, without the need to have Microsoft Excel installed.

The CSV format can be read by Excel, but does not allows formatting; for instance, data cannot be differentiated using different font types or colors.
