Edit skeleton structure

The editing of the skeleton structure is an operation invoked by:

• the third and last phase in draw a new skeletal structure
• the tools menu, to edit an existing skeletal structure

The operation consists in moving one or more points, ideally divided into:

• Edit position of points for adjustment
• Edit vertebrae position
