The initial drawing performs calculations based on an average skeletal structure; therefore, after the phase of setting initial points, the drawing must be edited according to the patient's physical structure, which can significantly vary from one subject to another. For instance, the ratio between height and shoulders width can change to a great extent.
The drawing adjustment is based on the movement of some key points, e.g. the ends of the shoulders and the lateral malleoli. (See also how to identify the points on the patient)
The points that can be moved are highlighted with blue circles and depend on the view orientation.
