The test observes and records the patient's center of gravity (also known as barycenter) over a period of 20 seconds.
How to perform a test
After creating or selecting the patient and the examination, the window will show a blank graph, as shown below:
The Forward button performs the initial no-load calibration, after which the test on the patient starts.
The test lasts 20 seconds and the graphic representation of the center of gravity is displayed on the Cartesian axes during data acquisition.
After completing the test, the following data are available for reference and print:
Examination conditions
The test can be performed with the patient under a range of examination conditions, which can be selected from a vertical bar on the left-hand side of the window.
At the end of each test, data are stored for future reference.
