At the end of the CervicalTest procedure the examination graph and numerical values are displayed
PLEASE NOTE:
The CervicalTest is not a medical measuring device, it provides simple indications related to the position / angle of the head/ neck.
The numerical values are expressed in angular degrees, where zero corresponds to the rest position, while positive and negative values correspond to:
Movement |
Description |
Rotation to the right |
Positive values |
Rotation to the left |
Negative values |
Inclination to the right |
Positive values |
Inclination to the left |
Negative values |
Bending forward |
Positive values |
Bending backward |
Negative values |
The numerical values are described using the sample image shown below:
Movement |
Position of the numerical value |
Sample value |
Description |
Side-to-side rotation, left / right |
In the lower left area in relation to the circular graph |
41° |
Maximum rotation to the right, reached by the patient during measuring |
In the lower right area in relation to the circular graph |
-36° |
Maximum rotation to the left, reached by the patient during measuring |
|
Inclination to the left and right |
In the lower left area in relation to the circular graph |
23° |
Maximum inclination to the right, reached by the patient during measuring |
In the lower right area in relation to the circular graph |
-39° |
Maximum inclination to the left, reached by the patient during measuring |
|
Bending forward and backward |
In the lower left area in relation to the circular graph |
-27° |
Maximum bending backward, reached by the patient during measuring |
In the lower right area in relation to the circular graph |
45° |
Maximum bending forward, reached by the patient during measuring |
