Compact and Repair Database

Introduction
The GPS database that will be compacted and repaired is the file called MxGPS.MDB in the db folder inside the data folder (see GPS folders and files)
Attention
Before performing the operation, data must be saved; see Save data.
Compacting the database
The database can be compacted to regain space left free after deleting patients and examinations.
This operation is useful only after many deletions, which do not occur in normal situations.
Repair database
This option allows you to repair the database if it has been damaged by external events, e.g. if the computer has suddenly shut down while using GPS.
