The window is displayed after an unexpected error has occurred during program execution.

An example of error message is given below:

Generally, the information displayed can be used to understand and solve the type of error; therefore, it is advisable to send this information automatically to technical support by clicking the  Continue button.

If you do not have an internet connection available, you can send the information and log files in any case.

Text information and log files can be viewed via the View details and log files button.

The Terminate program button terminates the program without sending any information.

The View details and log files button is used to view error details and to display the log files.

To ignore the error and continue to run the program, you can deselect the Send information to technical support and click the Continue  button.
