Personal data refer to the patient and can be entered and edited any time.
Medical history data can be entered together with personal data.
Example:
The personal data fields usually contain free text used in the views and printouts. The only exception is the field: Search keywords.
This field contains free text used in the field look in patients and examinations tree to sort patients.
For example, this field can be used to enter a special class of patients (e.g.: elderly patients) or keywords that identify special pathologies.
