General examination data consist of the general information about the examination.
Example:
The fields usually contain free text used in the views and printouts. The only exception is the field: Date of Examination.
The date of examination field contains the date and time of the examination and identifies the examination itself: it is, therefore, a mandatory value and cannot be the same as the one associated with another examination of the same patient.
Examination ID
Examination ID is an internal number automatically generated by the program on entering each examination; it cannot be edited by the user.
This number identifies the examination unambiguously among all the examinations of all patients.
